Why am I hearing audio echo during a live session?

Hearing audio echo or delay during a live session in the SmartStudio.

You may be hearing audio echo because another member of the class is picking up in-room audio from their mic through their speakers. The SmartStudio operator will keep an eye out for this and can mute individual's microphones remotely if we are getting feedback. 

We also recommend muting your microphone when you aren't speaking to keep the audio as clear as possible. We also strongly recommend using headphones to avoid creating or experiencing audio bleed. This will enhance the experience for everyone.
