What happens if another attendee or host makes me feel uncomfortable?

What to do if you are made to feel uncomfortable on a live Stage session with Virtuoso.

Here at Virtuoso, we care about your experience and we want to ensure that you are comfortable and happy during a live session. The Stage operators monitor the chat and the session while it happens and they will censor comments and remove anyone who they see causing discomfort to other session participants.

If something makes you feel uncomfortable, please contact us outside of the session in the chat box in the bottom right of the screen on www.playvirtuoso.com or on our contact form, and tell us what has happened.

We will monitor and address the issue as quickly as possible and then return with a solution plus details around the action we are taking to resolve the issue.
