My internet connection is weak, can I still enter the Virtuoso Stage?

Entering the Virtuoso Stage with a slow or intermittent internet connection and what you can do to ensure you have the best possible experience.

We recommend as a minimum that you have the following internet speeds when you join the Virtuoso Stage:

• 5mbps download speeds
• 2mbps upload speeds

You can check your internet connection here at fast.com if you want to see what speeds you are currently getting from your connection.

If your internet is showing less than the minimum speeds above then you may experience problems with both video and audio during the live session. To improve your speeds you could try resetting your router, moving closer to your internet router or connecting directly to your router using an ethernet cable. 

You can reduce the quality at the top of the Virtuoso Stage window and this should create a smoother experience for you.

You can also try turning off your webcam temporarily or by leaving the session and changing your webcam resolution on the Settings page.
