Getting a refund for your monthly or annual Virtuoso subscription.

We are sorry you feel this way and we are committed to making it easy for you to manage your subscription. We have cooling off periods on our subscriptions so that, if it's not for you, you can cancel for a full refund and your money is returned to you after filling out a short form so that we can improve our service.

Cancel for a refund within a 7 day cooling off period from when you started your Virtuoso subscription on completion of a short feedback form.

Please get in touch via the chat box in the bottom right of the screen or through the contact form and tell us you would like a refund for your subscription. We will send you a short form - please write down as much about your experience as possible. You will then receive a refund within 5-7 working days.
