Joining a live class, masterclass or Q&A in the SmartStudio.
Once you have enrolled onto a course or individual class and it's about to start, you will need to log in with a laptop or PC to join your classmates. Please note that our classroom doesn't currently support iOS or Android devices.
If you have purchased an 'Active' seat you will need to use a webcam and microphone for the class. We recommend performing a quick check to see if your microphone and camera are working before you join.
When logged onto playvirtuoso.com you will see a banner appear at the top of the screen up to 30 minutes before the session begins with a button that says 'GO TO SESSION'.
When you have clicked this button, you will be taken to the SmartStudio setup page to test your audio before entering the live session. Please follow the steps below to complete these checks:
- Click 'Test Speakers and Noise Level' to check that your speakers are working and you can hear the audio
- Click 'Test Microphone' and speak for several seconds to check that your microphone
- Once your checks are complete you can click 'Enter Session' to join
