Firstly, check your internet connection, make sure you are using Google Chrome to access the classroom, the SmartStudio won’t work in any other browser. You can download it here if you don’t have it already.

– If it’s a login issue you’re having, make sure you are putting in the correct password that you have received from the welcome email. If your session says “waiting for the host to start session” that means we haven’t opened up the room yet so all you have to do is just sit tight until the session begins.
